Denver Broncos announced yesterday that Payton Manning will be sidelined at least for two weeks. Manning has been officially ruled out for game against New England Patriots this Sunday. He will be wearing a foot cast for the next couple of weeks to speed up the recovering from a torn plantar fascia. 39 year old Manning has been suffering from many injuries coming in to this season.
Brock Osweiler will be the starting quarterback for the game against Patriots. Broncos also planning to sign free agent Christian Ponder in the upcoming days to support Osweiler. Broncos also has a third option with rookie quarterback Trevor Siemian.
